About

Hi I’m Jacqui, founder of Filò — a project in have created for the simple, pure purpose of beauty. Each of my pieces are hand-crafted, heart-borne and ethical. Filò exists for beauty: for bodies to dance, for hands to touch, for cheeks and skin and eyes to delight. These pieces are made for laughter, for sensual joy, for tiny eruptions of celebration that remind us life is rich and wondrous.

In a world often dulled by routine and automation, Filò is my quiet rebellion.

Each knit is a collaboration — between my hands and the sheep creatures whose fibres I honour — and a celebration of shared textures, life, and joy. I form Filò so that you may carry it into your moments of wild delight, wearing it threadbare with your laughter, your wanderings, your music, your touch.

We use 100% natural fair-trade lambswool in all our knits. Every garment is hand-crafted on a manual knitting machine and fully fashioned, meaning it is knit to shape and then linked by hand. There is no mass production or shortcuts, just thoughtful, slow fashion.

These pieces are a grand and unclassical “yes” to life in all its miraculous unpredictability, woven in wool and thread. They are an invitation: dance, wander, wonder, feel, think, giggle, scribble, sing, touch, live, love. Yes, yes, yes!

Filò is more than knitwear. It is devotion, celebration, and a wearable ode to the miraculous texture of life.
